We support older people to stay safe at home under the Australian Government’s Support at Home program. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Registered Nurse to join our small team and provide quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes across the Southern Moreton Bay Islands (Russell, Macleay, Lamb and Karragarra). This is a casual role offering approximately 12 paid hours per week, with minimum availability of 2.5 days per week. The hours include paid client time, paid admin time, and paid travel time between clients. Services are scheduled within ordinary hours (6:00am–6:00pm). Pay is approximately $59–$64 per hour (weekday base under MA000034 as at 1 October 2025, based on classification and experience; penalty rates apply on weekends and public holidays). What you’ll do Complete client intake assessments and ongoing monitoring Provide home-based nursing care and clinical support Contribute to clinical management (care planning input, escalation, handover, quality and safety) Liaise with clients, families, GPs, allied health, and the care team Maintain clear documentation and clinical notes You must have Current AHPRA registration (RN) Current First Aid and CPR Live locally on the Southern Moreton Bay Islands Own vehicle and driver’s licence Police check (or ability to obtain quickly) Community or aged care experience is preferred.
